Full day Mx training for existing riders who want to learn and improve there riding , develope new skills and learn about bike set up.
The day will run from 10.30AM – 3.30PM
We will cover everything from fitness, bike set up , core riding skills, cornering , braking , body posistioning , basic jumping and advancing jumping finishing off with Moto sprint training in the afternoon
This is suitable for all levels of rider
Prices
Youth & Adult riders welcome on there own bikes £120 per rider
Adult bike hire , training , track fees and kit £275 per rider (limited bikes available)
Youth beginner bike hire ,training track fees & kit £230 per rider (Limited bikes available)
