NEW VENUE MXF SHAFTSBURY MX TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT DAY 7th AUGUST

We are excited to offer this new summer venue in shaftsbury .
The track is designed for all levels of riders with fast flowing bends , fun safe jumps to learn on .
This full day is for riders who have been to us before and would like to advance there riding skills Adult & youths and for riders on their own bike who want to learn new skills and develope new ones
We run our day session from 10am – 3.30pm
The Sessions are structured like in the following format
- Riders saftey briefing
- Physical rider warm up
- Fundamentals of offroad riding
- Static bike control training
- Track side training drills
- Gearchanging and flow
- Corner attack training
- Basic jumping techniques
Lunch break 1-1.30
Ther afternoon is out on track putting everything together in sessions in the group format
