Motocross coaching and development day for all abilities from first time rider to seasoned racer we are offering a day to teach riders the basics right through to advanced techniques to get you up and running on the dirt
We have a limited number of bike hires available on the day for those without a bike
Riders in there own bikes are welcome
The day will run from 10am – 3.30Pm
format as follows
- Arrival for 10am
- Riders saftey briefing
- Static control training
- Core basic skills training
- Fundamental riding drills
- Cornering and rut riding
- Basic jumping techniques
LUNCH 1pm-1.30
PM Format
- Start training
- Moto Sprint training
- Debrief finish 3pm
