22nd August Group MX Training day & Bike Hire at WESTONZOYLAND MX TRACK

We are running this at Westonzoyland MX track . We will be using both of there tracks running training drills working on fundamentals of riding under our MXF structured format. The afternoon will be out on the main track putting motos together
The session runs from 10.30am – 4pm
The Sessions Structure Includes

- Static, on bike body posistioning
- 10 Minute practice
- Corner drills & braking
- Line choice work & flow
- Clutch and progressive throttle work
- Basic fundamentals of Jumping

- Pm conditioning motos out on track
